Is my data private?

Yes, Your inputs posted are private and personal. It's your personal space on the platform, visible only to you unless you choose to share something with your trusted Guide/Wellbeing Service Provider for guidance.

Only YOU can share it to your Wellbeing Service Providers (WSP)/Guide through the "Activate/Deactivate" and "Modify Access" buttons on Online Consultation Hub Module.

This ecosystem provides your space to be fully honest without fear of judgment so you can express freely and revisit your own insights any time.

Can entries be edited or deleted later?

This ecosystem's focus is on individual's real time inputs. So delete or edit is not allowed to avoid data unreliability. Instead, you can post new additional entries.

Important feature is You can post Entries ONLY for yesterday (day before) and Current date to ensure real time inputs.

Is professional support available if needed?

Yes, the Consultation Hub offers access to professionals for Text-based guidance while keeping choice fully with the user.

You can also setup Online/Offline Appointment with that particular WSP/Guide from your Dashboard.

How do I know which feature to use first?

As all modules are seamlessly interlinked, It's flexible to start from any module on your Dashboard depending on your wish/need to express.

The flow based on functionality would be --

  2. Canvas : positive handling possibilities, thoughtful and confident Responses through simple doables instead of Reactions/Complaints to manage the issues recorded in the Inner GPS.
  3. Design Your Life : Framework of Plan, set and track your goals, social initiatives.
  4. Food : Track your daily food to have a better overview of nutritional deficiences and plan how best you can bridge it.
  5. Activity (including sleep, daily routine) : Build healthier routines, track the to do List implementation status.
  6. Life Patterns : Simple Multiple parameters-patterns-Analysis options to better understand the patterns generated from your inputs from the above Five modules. It provides better and more individual centric solutions - better overview of factors influencing Individual's wellbeing for micro view of physical, emotional and social aspects of Individual's Life.

The platform is designed to welcome you back without guilt, and you can pick up where you left off.

ONLY you would miss the Rewards for individual consistency levels

This enables the ecosystem framework tools to build an authentic emotional map. Leaving fields blank weakens the output.

These factual details will create your reliable Life Patterns which would help you map a simple, affordable wellness programs and therapy. Leverage it.

Why there is "Breathe IN – Breathe Out" button in Inner GPS instead of "Save/Submit" button?

Clicking on "Breathe IN - Breathe Out" will Save your details posted in Inner GPS.

Button Name is a simple Alert to remind you to pause to steady yourself if you're overwhelmed, frustrated or busy and possibly remember some key micro details missed out in Describe more Icons.

How often can I use Inner GPS?

You can check-in multiple times a day whenever you feel overwhelmed, unfocused, or want to understand how you can manage daily issues better.

Daily use helps build the habit of self awareness and gives you track of your emotional and mental journey, so you can see what changes over time. You can use it any time

What happens if I submit multiple situations in a day?

Yes, It is dynamic.

New Canvas of related options is AUTO generated everytime based on your new Inner GPS inputs. This ensures it's always relevant and not just static notes you forget about.

It is a VIEW board auto generating possible options for planning your further steps and actions based on your various Inner GPS entries. This means you cannot just delete or rewrite what it's showing you.

What prompts does the Canvas show me?

User Inputs is in THREE Green Bands - Problem + 2 possible triggers with micro details as posted in INNER GPS (earlier step).

Below each of the above GREEN Bands are 3 Bands of simple, basic practical Suggestions for EACH of the above issue (as trigger is a sub-issue responsible for the Main problem) to nudge a User towards a POSITIVE Response and coping steps.

How do I activate my Online Consultation Hub?

From your Dashboard, click on the 'Refer an Adviser' Icon to invite your trusted wellbeing service provider/Guide (personal therapists, coaches, counsellors, psychologists,...) to join the platform.

Once your wellbeing service provider (WSP/Guide) joins this ecosystem, it generates their personal Online Consultation Dashboard, for both of you to interact directly for text-based consultations, guidance, therapy and programs progress tracking or other wellbeing related services through your Online Guidance Hub from your respective Dashboards. There are prompts and Buttons to guide you further in 1/2 steps of selection.

Instead of forcing you to switch to new professional, WellnessWay4U supports your existing relationships by bringing them into this ecosystem. It's about building a seamless experience tailored to you built on your Trust, Privacy and ensure continuity of care.

How does interaction work once they’re added?

You can chat securely 24x7 with your WSP/Guide in a dedicated chat interface.

The platform separates user and adviser chats clearly, preserving privacy while supporting easy back-and-forth. Both can review your shared modules (if you choose to share them) for more personalized guidance.

Can multiple WSP/Guide be connected to one User?

Yes. Users can invite and connect with multiple advisers for different life segments or issues.

There’s no platform restriction. Each engagement’s scope and fees are mutually agreed between user and adviser, ensuring transparency.

Can WSP/Guide see my Inner GPS or Canvas data?

Only if you choose. Using the Activate button on the Online Consultation form, you control what to share. This ensures users maintain complete control over their personal reflections and insights.

How do I switch WSP/Guide?

You can invite multiple WSP/Guide using Refer an Adviser from your personal Dashboard.

From the Online Guidance Hub from your Dashboard, you can close one conversation and begin another, maintaining separation.
