Detailed explanation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>SUD <\/strong>refers to the value that you assign to your issue on a scale 1-10, this can be done by closing your eyes, deep breathing &amp; focus on the problem, evaluate its intensity &amp; how much you are affected by it 7 assign a number from 1-10<\/li>\n<li>Set up affirmation like \u201c<em>Even though I have this<\/em><em>___________<\/em> (reminder phrase- your problem), I completely love, forgive &amp; accept myself\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Repeat the entire set-up affirmation <strong>3TIMES, <\/strong><strong>all<\/strong> the time tapping on your <strong>K<\/strong>arate <strong>C<\/strong>hop point (<strong>KC<\/strong> point)- on the mid metacarpal region on the ulnar side of the palm. You can do this with forefingers of other palm or gently but firmly hitting on the table top without hurting yourself. For remaining point you can use both hands<\/li>\n<li>TAPPING SEQUENCE: use your index and middle fingertips, tap gently but firmly 5-7 times on each of this points. Repeat the reminder phrase at each of these points, as you tap.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_386\" style=\"width: 268px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-386\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-386\" src=\"http:\/\/wellnessway4u.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/emotional-freedom-technique.png\" alt=\"Emotion.\" width=\"258\" height=\"196\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-386\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Emotional freedom .<\/p><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Eye Brow Point<\/strong> or <strong>EB :<\/strong> just below &amp; inside the inner starting of the eyebrow<\/li>\n<li><strong>SIDE of the EYE <\/strong>or<strong> SE: <\/strong>bony part of the eye socket on the outer edge of the eye.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UNDER the EYE or UE: <\/strong>on the bony edge of eye socket below the centre of the eye.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>UNDER the NOSE or UN point: <\/strong>between your nose &amp; upper lip<\/li>\n<li><strong>CHIN or CH point:<\/strong> below lower lip<\/li>\n<li><strong>COLLAR BONE or CB point:<\/strong> just below the medial side of the clavicle near the supra sternal notch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UNDER the ARM or UA point:<\/strong> mid axillary line, 3-4 inches below axilla at the level of the breast line<\/li>\n<li><strong>CROWN of the HEAD or CRH point\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>GV 20 point \/ apex of the skull.
